Unhappy

I ordered Chicken Triple Decker small from Debonairs Dube Soweto. I specifically asked for mushrooms not to be added cause I'm allergic to it. I just received a Pizza and mushrooms were added. This is unacceptable, where must I get food this time of the night. I'm not happy and I need this to be addressed even and sorted out. I have screenshot to show what I have ask for. I have already complained on Debonairs Pizza Official and send them Messenger.
