I am serious ****ed an angry at Debonairs Ormonde.... I ordered after 4 minutes they clicked my order as delivered and I called the lady on duty said its debonairs policy to mark an order as delivered even if it has no as long as it past 55 minutes.... I then wait for the supposed delivery that will happen as she advised the guy will call me when he is at the door... Only to receive a please call me back and he is at the incorrect place..
Not only that pizza arrives I pay when I get inside the house it's not a creamy chicken as I ordered infact it's nothing just bread my R200 gone for nothing

Only to tell you the see nothing wrong with the pizza and it is their way of doing it everyday.... How disappointing.... ZWELI THE DEBONAIRS MANAGER AT ORMONDE SHOULD GO THROUGH PEOPLE MANAGING AND ASWELL AS HOW TP MAKE A GREAT DEBONAIRS PIZZA BECAUSE DEFINITELY WHAT I RECEIVED IS *****NSE

It is seriously disappointing and frustrating to have to go over the mile and call the store to let the manager know of your disappointment. 28 Feb 2022, 21:51It is really bad that in order for one to be listened to we have to threaten of taking steps on posting to other platforms.. But atleast I got refunded.. My pizz2 was delivered at 21:50 past bad time I just took it cz it's my money after... Thank you Zweli but nextime please do have an approach to your customers
