Unfulfilled Order. Order number: #***1

Yesterday I put in an order at 5:05pm and paid online via the app. The order was for Garankuwa Branch. When it hit 7pm I started making calls to the Call center to inquire about my delivery. The call center agents kept saying that they will have the store to call me after 15min. They never did. I called again at 7:30pm to ask to be put to through to the branch. The phone rings without them answering. I called again to ask to speak to a supervisor, I got through to a supervisor they said they will the branch personally. She said she will have the branch manager to call me back. They never called me back. At this point it hit 8pm.i called again at 8:30 to seek help. They kept saying the store will call me. They never did. The branch called at 10pm and the line was bad and they cut the call without even verifying if I still want the order. Until now, no one has called me about the order. Not even to refund me or anything. Such poor service makes me to never buy anything from Debonairs ever again.
