Unfortunately, my visit to Debonaires Tigervalley mall yesterday was a letdown. I was assisted by Zizipho Mbhawuli, who seemed disinterested and annoyed throughout our interaction. When I inquired about the pizza special, her response was curt and unfriendly. Things took a turn for the worse when my card was declined due to her selecting the wrong option. When I tried to explain the issue, she reacted poorly, making me feel like I was bothering her. If it weren't for my son's enthusiasm for the food, I would have cancelled the order. Zizipho's attitude and demeanor significantly impacted my experience. I hope Debonaires takes steps to address this issue and provides better training for its staff.
