Unfairly discrimated against

On Friday evening 22 May 2015 @6.30pm I placed a telephonic order with the above mentioned for delivery. 40min later I get a call from them stating that they sorry to inform me that they will not be delivering my order due to the area that I live as it is too dangerous for there drivers to come to the area. The area we live in is called Factreton, which is part of Kensington Maitland area.<br> You can understand my frustration when somebody tells me that they deliver to Kensington but not Factreton.<br> They didn't even think of asking where in Factreton I am. As it so stands I am so close to the main road where he has to turn down. I asked them to go onto google map and check for my address.<br> If they had told me that there are no deliveries after 6.00pm , I would accept and not be as furious as I am, but to tell me they don't deliver to my area only to the one next door, I feel that I am discriminated against. They didn't even ask me if I would like to collect all they said is they will have to cancel.<br> Well, got out of a sick bed(had flu the whole week) to go and confront the matter where the manager told me that was their decision made as they had to think of the safety of their staff
