Unfair marketing

Hi Hello Peter I have a question for debonairs Vryheid store why thy keep promising customers over the phone for free drinks with any large pizza only to frustrate us when collecting our orders Saturday night the story was ooohh the drinks are finished but we ordered more and that was it my tow large pizza dint come with any drinks and only came with the manager apology,right now I'm writing this so frustrated after a lady by the name Buhle asked me to hold the line to confirm if there is still free drinks with my large pizza which she told me there is and I said to her no point to promise clients what thy cant get but here I'm looking like a fool so my question is do you only may be give this so called free drinks to some and others not because this is pure lies from a franchise like debonairs ....to you this should be reported as unfair marketing practice and get you fined and never ever repeat it...before thy reply thy should ask for the recording of my order to understand why this cant go unpunished.
