I would like to register my frustration with Debonairs/Selcourt in Gauteng. In October 2020 one of debonairs motor bikes hit my car on both driver and rear passenger side. I then made contact with the selcourt branch of which I was referred to the lady called Chalta who happens to be the manager. She advised me to get quotes from panel beaters so they can fix my car, up until today May 2021 she hasn't kept to her promises. When I go to the branch she always comes up with stories and excuses. Can you please assist me with this matter as I am now exhausted. I have all email correspondences between me and her on this matter.
