Undercooked pizza - Debonairs Northmead

I ordered pizza at Debonairs Northmead and the pizza is under cooked, I can literally see the dough, I really don't know what's happening with the cheese, crumbs of meat on top of the cheese its just a disaster. When I called I was told that maybe it was affected by the loadshedding because the electricity went off offwhich that's fair enough however why didn't they check it before delivering it to the customer? I'm really disappointed I must say
