Undercooked & Not Chrispy

I order the pizza and in most cases the pizza is delivered within 10 to 15mins under cooked. So badly so I have to put it in the oven at 220C for 10mins. I phoned the manager and told her I placed the order and at the additional comments I added \Well done please"but still received the pizza under cooked. I then asked what I should add in the additional comments to get the pizza well done and she rep**** telling me to add \""twice in the oven\"". I then ordered 4 pizza's (1x On the double and 2x Rustic) which is all supposed to be \""thin and crispy base\"" a week later and added the comment \""twice in the oven\"""
