Undercooked base

I ordered from Uber eats - Debonairs pizza - Maponya Mall on the 19th of December 2023 @ 21:30 order: #AD4EB on the 20th I called & sent an email with pics to them & to Famous Bands with they stated it’s their customer service follow ups we done till this day these no response then I went in person to the shop on the 3rd January @ 16:00 asked for the manager who told me that they are not i charge I must contact Uber eats funny enough Uber eats doesn’t prepare food, take orders or our money, I contacted them they promised to do follow up & get back to me but nothing.

I’ve waisted more time, money on calls, emails & petrol not forgetting emotional stress caused since it was a celebration , I’m really drained if this is the service we deserve with these franchises
