Undelivered Order and unprofessional employees

I ordered food at 18:55 took the initiative of calling them asking how far it is they kept on saying 2 minutes away...driver called and asked that I send him my location I did that at my expense my data and my smses...only for him to tell me now he can not deliver at my place and I must take it up with the manager....I keep calling the shop and they advised some one will call me I have to received a response or even a call from the shop it is now 20:32...this is so disappointing as I have now paid money and no food...Debonair Colombia is disappointing
