Uncooked wings

Uncooked chicken wings I am writing to formally complain about an order of chicken wings I purchased on 06 February 2026. Unfortunately, the wings were undercooked. Upon opening and biting into them, the meat was still raw inside, which is extremely concerning and poses a serious health risk. I have attached photos as evidence of the uncooked chicken. This experience was very disappointing, as I trust Debonairs to maintain proper food safety and quality standards. Serving undercooked chicken is unacceptable and could result in food poisoning. I would appreciate a full refund or replacement, as well as assurance that this matter will be addressed to prevent it from happening again. Please advise on how this issue will be resolved. I look forward to your prompt response.
