uncooked pizza

I am very dissapointed with the service i received at BRIDGE CITY. I did an order via telephone to collect at 19:29 placed my order and all was well. At 20:10 received a call from Bridge City asking if i am still coming to collect my order and i confirmed yes i am 2 minutes away.Got there 20:20 and my order was not ready they had not even started making it.Had to wait for it and it was awful the pizza was half cooked and it was a pity i was not able to take it back as i was going to work endedup being late. what is the use of placing a pickup order if you still have to get to the store and wait for uncooked pizza. I am very disgusted and they didnt not even have the audaucity to apologize. DISCUSTING SERVICE!!!
