Uncooked Pizza Base

On the 27th April 2017, I ordered 1 2x2 online meal at 9:54am for collection at 12:00pm. Only to get home and find base was still raw, not cooker at all. Trying to be civil and decent, I Went to the manager the following day with the pizza to show her what I received. She promised me that mistake will never happen again and gave me another pizza in exchange.

Now yesterday I ordered again online, 5 sausage crammed crust at 17:26pm for collection at 18:30. Again when I get home trying to enjoy my pizza this time the crust is still raw.

Based on these 2 occasions, it's provident enough that they had enough time to prepare my pizza but still I get unfinished results. This is totally unacceptable and poor customer service.. .i can't help but wonder how many more customers get such low stand service and saying nothing about it.
