Uncooked and dry pizza

I bought pizza today at pnp debonairs in Soshanguve, the scotter guy delivered it to my house. When I opened the pizza it was not well cooked and very dry. The dough was not well done. I phoned debonairs pnp and nomsa at debonairs pnp answered the phone is verbally to me the manager is unavailable she will get back to me. Worse part I drove there to take the pizza back and the manager was available so they ****, saying the manager is unable. When the manager came is said they is nothing wrong with the pizza. To my understanding which means they sell uncooked pizza to customers they don't see anything wrong with that pizza. I had to ask for refund which they gave it back to me. Am very disappointed at debonairs I toke pictures of the pizza n it's uncooked and very dry. My order number #***9 I ordered online.
