Unbelievable service

<p>on the 28th of October 2016, ordering just a small real deal took over 25 minutes. The staff was very unhelpful and rude and did not care that almost the whole shop was complaining. All they could say was that their online and delivery customers come first, which i find very strange as walk in customers are just as important. As i started eating i noticed i horrible the pizza was, i could not even finish it. i will never be going back to woodmead branch again and i am sure there will be a lot of customers lost. There was also a chinese woman who could barely speak english who had ordered, she had a query about her food but the one cashier got very irritated with her and started shouting at her which was uncalled for.</p>
