UNACCEPTABLE Services

Mobile app is absolutely useless...call center very unprofessional. I can't believe I have to spend R50 on airtime to find out where my order is! It's not the first time I'm experiencing this with Debonaise - I placed an order, the transaction has already been deducted off my bank account but I have no clue where the food is and the call center keeps transfering me to a number that no one picks up...UNACCEPTABLE! You guys should rather withdraw your mobile app from the Google store and invest in a good development company to relook at your mobile application because it SUCKS and FRUSTRATING!!
