Unacceptable service at protea glen mall debonairs

So,i have been here at protea glen mall to get some food from two fast food outlets. I firstly left an order for pizza at debonairs and proceeded to get some chicken from kfc.still an hour later and im here and have not received my order.My concern is that there is no sense of urgency. I have 3 people experiencing the same thing with me. We have been told to be patient for the last half an hour.People who came after us get their orders in 20 minutes while we wait. I cant believe i am made to wait over an hour for my food at a fast food resturant.Very disgusting.
