Unacceptable Service and Rudeness from Debonairs Bluewater Bay

I placed an order at the Bluewater Bay Debonairs, only to receive a call from the driver after 7 PM informing me that they don’t deliver after 7. I accepted this and ended the call. However, I then called the store to confirm their delivery times. The employee I spoke to said they deliver after 6 PM, which contradicted what the driver told me. When I questioned this, she passed me to her supervisor. Surprisingly, the supervisor also claimed that delivery is at 6 PM, then instead of addressing my concern, handed the phone to the driver. I told the driver I did not want to speak to him, as I was trying to get clarity from management. Instead of respecting this, he was extremely rude, spoke over me, and repeatedly told me to "listen" in a dismissive manner. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Debonairs, particularly regarding delivery times at Coega and poor customer service from store staff. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect better from a brand like Debonairs.
