Unacceptable service

I need someone to call me. I am gatvol for westonaria debonairs... we placed an order at 17h16 and only got it at 19h10. Then when i called and spoke to the store directly the lady on the phone just dropped the phone in my ear after i asked why.

This is very poor service and i want to speak to the owner of the store
