Unacceptable Service

I am utterly disgusted with the unacceptable service received today from Themba&Mabongi Hayward at the Beyers Naude Debonairs. I ordered pizza today with the intention of having it for lunch with my colleague and so looking foward to this break.I was informed by Themba my request will be honoured within 45min, an hour later I had to call to enquire where the delivery is and was told that they do not deliver in the area.I why asked this was not communicated and received a half hearted apology and to add insult to injury was advised that free delivery can be done but unfortunately cannot be delivered.The purpose for requesting a delivery is because my lunch time is limited and therefore I am not able to collect.This calibe of service is atrocious and has left very little to be desired from Debonairs and I have an extreme bitter taste in my mouth and not only me, my colleagues as well . Debonairs Naude you need to SHAPE UP!!!!
