Unacceptable Service

Good afternoon Please don’t allow us the opportunity to order pizza’s online if you are unable to meet demand. I ordered two pizza’s online at Debonairs Baywest Mall at 13:54. When I got to the store at about 14:20 to pay, I was told that my pizza will be ready in 10-15 minutes. What’s the purpose of online orders. Cashier told me that they didn’t receive my order due printing issues. Manager was called she gave a different excuse, network issues. None of this is my problem. I seriously consider avoiding this store.
