Unacceptable service

On 27 August I placed an order online at the debonairs newlands west branch at 18:15. I only recieved my order at 20:20 and I only stay 3 mins away driving time. One sticker out of 2 were black but I was still fully charged. Overlooking all of this I open my boxes to find roughly prepared pizza. I'm very unhappy with the service and not prepared to purchase from this branch anymore. The best part is that they never send their drivers with change!
