Unacceptable Behavior

I ordered from your Debonairs store in Promenade Mall Mitchell's Plain on Friday 25 September 2020, it was a online order for collection. Upon arrival at the store, I paid for the order. The cashier checked and said it's in the oven.

A hour went passed and kept coming to ask what I had ordered and there were other people waiting for longer than I have that also could not understand what was happening.

Orders were piling up, on the counter and I asked them why are they not giving the people their pizzas so we can leave instead the pizzas are standing around. A short lady working there pulled her shoulders and said oh its because of Covid they so slow.

I told her they need training from their branch at Watergate, never had I seen such poor service. The kitchen staff are standing eating Gatsby whilst preparing customers pizzas. This unacceptable, where's your ppe. They don't sanitize or clean their counters. I will never buy from there again. I'm disgusted by what I saw.
