Unacceptable!!!

I placed my order at 17h35 and it's now 19h17 and have not received it. That was our dinner and I had already paid online as usual. This call centre is a waste of time because they are not there after 18h30. This is total unacceptable. How can I not get contacted if my pizza won't be delivered. I'M SO ****ED OFF
