Unacceptable
Last night I decided to order pizza from Debonairs Hillcrest...the pizza arrived at my place over an hour after I called in and placed the order... The lady on the phone told me that my meal cost R119 but when it got to me, cold and stale with a black sticker on the box, the delivery guy said it was R129.... I am really dissatisfied with the service at Hillcrest Debonairs... I want my money back as my pizzas were cold and stale... This is unacceptable especially since I live just 5mins away from the store...
