Unable to deliver
Ordered a pizza for the family. I was told that it could take up to an hour and a half. I agreed to waiting for this time period. After 3 hours, I called back and was told that the delivery guy had left with the food. Needless to say the food did not arrive. I went to the shop and complained. Manager was arrogant and refused to give me his name. I eventually received the number of a different manager who promised to call me back. A month later I have still not received any feedback.
