Uber support not assisting while their driver took my order

I ordered a triple deck pizza with a 1.5 litre coke At Debonairs pizza Benmore gardens , the courier made 2 attempts on calling me , due to network issue , I was unable to receive call , went outside my workplace to get network the driver called again on the third attempt , I answered the call then he hanged up on me , I called him again then he answered my call , I asked him where did he leave my order as it showed completed , and he said outside , I asked where and I answered your call and he said I am wasting his time , then hanged up the call on , I called multiple times but he never answered my calls and I kept on looking for the order . I then contacted uber support team letting them know I never received my order and they told I won’t get my refund as the driver followed , How is that the driver followed protocol and when I call him he hanged up my call and told me i am wasting her time over an order that I paid for and never received it The driver and the company are ****ming customers
