U will starve till u die with Debonairs

18:40, 02 May I ordered a pizza with my friend via the Debonairs App. at 19:40 we were still waiting for a delivery to come. I then decided to contact the call centre and I spoke to Lebogang who promised me that she will give my number to the Manager in-charge of the branch I ordered from for him/her to contact me.. Another hour gone by, no delivery no a phone call as promised by Lebogang.

My experience with Debonairs has never be satisfactory anyway. It started with a pathetic service from a trainee in Eesterus Total Debonairs, and now this.. We should not have trusted Debonairs for our supper tonight.. anyway let me continue to starve and sleep; I will surely remember this pathetic service at the end of the lock down, and I will make sure that my friends and family do so as well !
