****ty service from Debonairs
I am very frustrated, agitated and extremely disappointed in Debonairs Checkers Cente, Welkom. I placed my order @ 17:40 by phoning them. I am still waiting for our food to be delivered. It is now 20:00. I phoned several times but there were no answer. This is truly very poor service. Must I make other plans this time of the night, I have 2 boy's waiting for their food!!!!!! I will never order again from Debonairs or recommend them to others. Pathetic!!! If our food arrive, it is probably going to be cold and not tasteful.

Did not even know it was RESOLVED according to me. According to me, I still want a reply as to why I received my pizza with a black in stead of a red sticker. I have all the nesassarry photos to prove my point. The excuse of no electricity and the generators not working properly is bull****. No resolution given to my satisfaction. You customers complaint handling can't even be scored it is beyond terrible.
