Two hours for a cold pizza

I placed my order at 18:50 and an hour later I called the store and was told the driver will arrive within 10 minutes. Called again 45 minutes later, and I was that told the driver is out with my order and many others. The driver arrived at 20:50 and told me to call the store if I was not happy with the service. Two hours for a cold pizza is totally unacceptable.
