Try something horrific

Location: Debonairs Pizza Berea, 45 O'Reilly Road,Johannesburg 2117. Date:25/10/17 Order number:172 Order placed at :19:54 Order received at : 21:10 This was the most horrific experience ever, first and for most the service is bad and so chaotic, I placed an order for a pizza I had to wait for an hour and fifteen minutes only to get a pizza that was half cooked, numerous times I complained and asked for a refund after waiting for a very long time the manager had to abandon the till so she could go help in the back to speed up the process as they were over 30 people screaming because they had waited for even long some two and a half hours for just an pizza. I watched the delivery guy dragged pizzas that had been under the oven less than 5 minutes basically these pizzas were half done and that is not healthy at all.

Thee level of incompetence is unbelievable, the staff seems not to be bothered and very lazy for that matter. They ignore numerous refund requests. Basically I ate dough with toppings, I had to recook in the oven when I got home because the staff failed to do their job. I am highly disappointed and will be boycotting this franchise. Horrific experience.
