Truly disappointed!

I ordered pizza on the 1st of January 2025 at 14:50 at Debonairs Pizza Vaalpark, today is the 2nd and I still have not received my order, no communication as to what went wrong. When I call, I am not getting any answer as why I have not received my order, they are giving me run around that someone will call me. I am truly disappointed because we had electricity problems yesterday and I ordered for us to eat before we sleep.
