Trash service

Yesterday my sister and I called Debonairs west coast (Sunnungdale) around past 8 and spoke to a lady called Tshepiso and we ordered 2latge triple deck (Chicken and mushroom) which amounts to R299 order number 251. We went to fetch same and when we got home we found that the pizza was dry and burned . There was no source it was sooo dry that we could only eat the top part only as my son was hungry around 9:10. We called the store today and advice us that the manager that was working last night is not available and that we should call back later when the manager is available. How disapointing that your clients complains and we are told that the manager working last night is not available. I am disappointed
