Tracker gives false alerts

They lie on their tracker. I placed an order, on their tracker it says they have delivered 38minutes ago whereas no one has arrived even now. We went out standing on the cold in this cold weather. When I call the store they tell me when you the delivery is still delivering around the neighbourhood the tracker confirms delivery even when they haven’t arrived to you. Which for me doesn’t make sense because even now they are not here.
