Totally dissatisfied with service on a whole

I came to branch last night at about 18H00 waited 5-10 mins before cashiers took order as she was taken telephone orders all the time,did not acknowledge me. Can't understand how management can only have 1 cashier who needs to take telephone calls and assist with people walking into store.<br> My order number 91 which was a chicken triple decker... Totally disgusting the bases were rock hard,no cream cheese and no chicken on pizza even though it a CHICKEN triple decker.. all it had on was way too much sweet chilli sauce,bell peppers and onions. The mushrooms were actually burnt onto the last base.<br> <br> I would be punished for throwing the pizza in dustin but i would not even give a homeless person something so horrible to eat.<br> <br> I have spoken to Faiza the manager on duty now this morning as all she could say is sorry and i should have called last night to complain as all slips have been cashed up from last night. As they can not do anything about it now.... Like really *** i could not believe that. I guess the Manager trains the staff hence why they have no customer care skills just like her.<br> <br> All i can say i will never ever go back there and my office have advised they will not either.<br>
