Total disgust with the service

Today I went to debonairs to purchase on the double pizza. I paid for the pizza and I was told it will tak 14 minutes for the pizza to be ready

I waited 20 minutes for the pizza and I wasn't really happy but that was the least of my worry .

So I was sitting waiting for the pizza to be ready and because the chairs are next to the wher they make the food u can hear everything.

I was waiting for pizza to b ready and what happened was surprising and I am no longer going to buy from debonairs again.

The pizza came out with no sauces and it didn't look like something I would feed to my family.. The manager saw the pizza when it came out of the stove and she word for word said .. Chef please come see what u hav done .. So the chef goes to see the pizza and then the manager says please put this ruined pizza on the bottom so the client doesn't see. She didn't know I was the one that bought it... It was then given to me ... When I looked at the pizza I was shocked at what I saw and what they making me give to my family.. Of all the years I hav been a loyal customer to debonairs today was the last. I will send the picture of the pizza that was given to me to feed my family .. The managers name is lindi mdlalose . I am sorry that my money is not good enough.. The first I had this problem I realized the problem at home . Today I felt so disgusted. It's debonairs at New Germany . The time was around 19:00 ( can't be exact). I ended up going to Pinetown debonairs which is a long drive from there and had to use my own petrol because I had already promised my family pizza.
