Too many companies get away with this including fast food outlets

This order has now being outstanding for 3 weeks since I placed this order on the 28/06/2019 ,I’ve called left message spoke to the manager of Maponia mall debonair, promises were made and still nothing I am still waiting to hear from you ,what would it take for me to get a proper response , its disheartening to know this is how customers are treated, when will I receive my refund on my purchase plus all the air time wasted ,is this how they make their tips by accepting orders then not delivering and not giving refunds when you call to complain or ask to speak to the manager they pretend not to understand English and drop the call I. So disgusted
