Tongaat Debonairs negligence to Customer's allergies by intentionally delivering a pizza with the hazards ignoring Customers request with no notification for the customer!

I called the *** to order Veg pizzas for delivery. In the order I specified that I pizza is not to have cheese at all to which the Agent agreed on. So I continued with the order as there was no issues producing the pizza. My kid has allergies with diary products therefore this had been requested. Upon agreement the system had come to my cell no. so I clicked the linked to verify the order and noticed the order showing normal mozzarella on the Veg pizza to which I specified "No cheese". I had called the Agent again who had confirmed that there wouldn't be cheese on the pizza and that the store is informed. Now the pizzas gets delivered to me with cheese fully loaded on both. I had called the Agent who advised to get the store to call me and rectify this but the store called backed to tell me they don't make pizzas without cheese as the have industrial equipment that will burn the pizza. But they were glad to deliver a pizza without contacting me to advise on this and also send me a slip for no cheese on the particular pizza. The store manager as per the telephonic conversation, contacted me and stipulated the above. I am disgruntled and really disappointed for this type of service. That a big food outlet would not be considerate to the allergens of their customers and be able to cause a health risk negligently. I wish that the Manager be reprimanded for this service as this not something that should be treated likely!
