Today it’s the 29th of December, an order that I made on the 24th of December is still incomplete. I called the store on the 24th and they insisted they will complete the order on the 26th because they are not open on the 25th, I sent the company a complaint an email and reached out to them on twitter, the promised to resolve the matter but it remains unresolved. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this company. Poor customer service. Incomplete order for 5 days???
