Tired of burned pizza from Debonairs

It saddens me that every time I order from the local Debonaires in Vanderbijlpark Shop 3 Corner Hendrik Van Eck and Andries Potgieter Street, I am always offered such disappointing pizza. It is now the third time that I have ordered the same chicken-cram decker and found that it is very dry and hard to chew. The last time I ordered pizza from them my pizza was so badly burned, my 6-year-old daughter could not bite on it. Whats worse is that if you do not eat the pizza immediately, the time you decide to warm it and eat it later it will literally taste like cardboard. The middle layer is always so badly burned and after spending so much money you end up regretting ordering the pizza and wished you had spent your money on something else :( The service is great ofcause and my order is always delivered on time. I just wish they could stop burning our pizza's and give us full fresh tasty pizza's that they serve in other Debonaires restaurants.
