Worst experiences with Shell Ultra City Mthatha. Pizza delivered after 2 hours stone cold. Called the store to inform them they dont want me to speak to the branch manager 🙌. I understand it could be full once in a while but communication is key. Stone cold pizza is unacceptable!!
