THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM DEBONAIR'S!

I received horrible service from Debonairs Zevenwaght Mall. I ordered the online special of R299 which includes two triple-deckers and a 2L cooldrink at 6:45 PM on the 23rd of October.

While waiting for more than two hours and continuously calling the call center I got no assistance as to where my order was. The call center kept transferring my call to the store who never picked up.

I was at the point of canceling my order however was skeptical because it was done through card payment.

Finally, at 9:30 PM the pizza arrived however the driver only brought one pizza and a sprite and my order stated I wanted a coke. Already frustrated and hungry I asked where my order pizza was and the driver just said he will go get it and come back.

The driver only arrived with the second pizza at 10:45 PM and this one was cold too.

To date, the store has not even apologized.
