This store can never ever get an order right.

I am a person who loves pizza and so does my family. But it seems that debonairs phoenix plaza is hell bent on never making a customer happy. I ordered from them about 7 times and only once or twice got the correct order on time.<br> <br> Once my pizza came so cold that the cheese was actually hard. Yesterday I ordered via the debonairs app. received cold pizza. got 2 500ml's instead of a litre and got no bbw wings.<br> when I asked for my bbw wings the driver actually looked at me confused and said there is no wings on the order yet I could see it on there. Apparently staff are not made aware when promotions start because he never knew there was something called \Meal IT up\". so that is why he thought there was no wings on the order. <br> <br> He left and came back with it an hour later.<br> <br> The last time when I got the hard cheese pizza 90+ minutes after my order, the store manager insisted I pay for the pizza and then send the driver back with the cold pizza and he would have apparently replaced it.<br> but this is really really ridiculous. something seriously needs to be done about the service"
