this is unacceptable
Called at 19.02 and ordered a pizza they said it would be here in 40 mins it took 2hours.. eventually called again nd they only logged it at 20:20 only... then the delivery guy says they said two hours. Firstly Westgate mall is 5minutes away... It doesn't take 2 hours to make a pizza.. Then he is late and are you taking this or not... This is outrageously rude and unacceptable.. no customer service whatsoever... This needs to be thoroughly dealt with...
