Thinking fast food is less time consuming, think ahain

my order was placed at 20:33 which was accepted by the restaurant Ive been waiting since then for my food to arrive and tried calling them 3 times as usual "they have a lot of calls coming in and we should try back later" we decided to order McDonald's cause they were the only ones opened and able to deliver . at 22:15 that's when they phone to say the food is at the gate , so we had to pay for pizza which got here 2 hours after it was ordered and the dot was black. next time if the service is going to be this terrible atleast tell the client that youll can't take the order as youll are busy
