******* with bad service!

I have placed an order at 16:22 via the app. The amount of R139-90 went off in my bank account and yet at 18:45 we still haven’t received any pizza. The order on the app says “COMPLETED” but the only thing completed about this order is the fact that they took my money and haven’t pitched yet. At about 17:51 I started phoning Debonair’s to ask how long it is going to take and eventually after a long wait and several tries I could ask someone at Lambton Debonair's) how long it still is going to take. She assured me the driver left the shop at 18:01 and was on his way (another 15-20min away) with the delivery. Another hour passed and STILL NO PIZZA!!! Quick to take my money, but still no pizza at closing time. During this time (From 18:20 onwards) tried calling ***(where they only say they are experiencing high volume calls and a bit later says they can’t take my call I must try again a bit later) and calling *** where they also can’t take my call now.

I want my money back and will never order from Debonair's Pizza again. *******!
