They ****** me

So I ordered a pizza on line last week Saturday which was on the 27thof November at selcourt in Springs. Till this day I haven't received my pizza or my money. Called don't know how many times and I'm still waiting for the manager to send me the numbers to call I don't know which steps to take to take this further cause I wanna show them that the money I paid is mine not anyone's....
