They don't deliver your order on time and you have to wait for hours for the order.

I ordered my pizza at 18:14 and I waited for 2 hours and 30 minutes. I ended up canceling my order. This is not the first time it is happening. The customer service it is not good at all and they don't even bother to update you on what is happening to your order.
