There's never change

I called to make an order and specifically asked for change and asked a number of times for the cashier to please not down that I need change for my order.<br> My order came and the driver had no change. When I checked my slip, there was no note of the change I requested.<br> Asked the delivery man to go get change as I requested and he came back at 15:00 still missing change even after we agreed what amount was needed. <br> <br> I must actually say this is not the first time this has happened, it happens every time actually.<br> It just seems like I am not taken seriously as a paying customer.<br> <br> Could your delivery guys stop rounding off my change, I only give tips for a good job, not mediocre service.<br> Could you please work on this problem and fix it very quick I am getting tired of it.<br> <br> Just sort yourselves out ASAP please.
